Large level off-road parking allows about 10 vehicles/trailers to park easily. The home features a private beach/boat dock and there is a golf course with a restaurant and bar just steps away from the house. There is also a separate public beach with volleyball courts and a playground for younger children, located within a 1/2 mile.
